STRONG

BUILD LEAN MUSCLE

A performance-based training program, designed to have you pushing heavy & developing full body strength.

Monday
HYPERTROPHY SESSION: A classic muscle-building workout with 4 stations, each for 9 minutes, targeting 8 - 12 reps to build lean muscle. The best way to start your week.
Wednesday
STRENGTH SESSION: Focused on low reps and heavy lifting, using major compound movements. You'll have 18 minutes to progressively build to your heaviest load.
Friday
PUMP SESSION: High-rep training with supersets to get the burn and increase muscular endurance. We finish with a 5 minute team finisher. This is a member favourite!!

FIT

FOR CARDIOVASCULAR CONDITIONING

FIT is our conditioning group training program designed to push your energy systems, evaluate your work rate, and build endurance.

Tuesday
Each FIT session integrates various fitness modalities to enhance aerobic capacity. We use running, erg machines, accessory weights, and challenging exercises in diverse session formats to keep you motivated and engaged.

HYBRID

FOR STRENGTH AND IMPROVED ENERGY LEVELS

Get ready for HYBRID, our group training session that’s the ultimate blend of strength and conditioning!

Thursday
This high-energy class combines powerful compound movements, dynamic CrossFit-style exercises, sprints, runs, and explosive jumping to get your heart rate up while building muscle. Whether you're lifting weights, pushing through cardio intervals, or mastering functional movements, you'll get the best of both worlds—strength training and endurance.

SATURDAY SERVICE

TEAM BASED WORKOUT

SATURDAY SERVICE is where we come together as a community and start the weekend right with an epic team workout!

Saturday
We will break you into teams of 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 or 12 depending on the workout. This will challenge both your strength and cardiovascular endurance but the most important part is the team work element. Each workout is designed to build camaraderie amongst the community and push each member to the best of their ability.

One Fifty Locals is a gym focused on long term consistency. At the core of its membership is a commitment to 3 days a week (with options to add on more like - Pilates & R&R Recovery) which I feel creates a more achievable goal while juggling other life commitments. Leading the gym is Rob & Tana who provide a warm & friendly atmosphere with a wealth of knowledge to support you on your journey.

Nothing but 5 stars for one fifty locals! The coaches consistently strive to ensure there is variety of workouts and change up the focus in each session. There hasn’t been one day where I’ve thought that the workout was something I’ve already done! They keep you on your toes! As someone who has been injured and slowly recovering, both coaches listen to my concerns and are great at giving substitute options that still make me feel that I’ve worked hard. Lastly, the friendly faces and the community amongst this gym is something that keeps me coming back!

Absolutely love going to this gym. Great community atmosphere, creative and challenging workouts, and supportive coaches who are always up for a chat and invested in our progress. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a workout regimen you’ll stick with!

Love this gym! The vibe is always high and welcoming, whether you’re just starting out or have been training for a while it’s a great place to be. The coaches are approachable, knowledgeable, and always great to chat to. As a uni student, the 3 classes a week option has been perfect for me, it’s super affordable and allows flexibility with my busy schedule. I love the different types of workouts, hybrid is definitely my favourite!

Yes. We will have a very experienced coach in every session.

They'll run a very thorough warm up, demonstration/ explanation of the workout and provide form & technique tips throughout the session.

We allow a maximum of 24 people in a session.

Unfortunately not. Our gym is only suitable for 18 years and older.

Yes, we will have showers, change rooms and toilets on-site.
